We helped Bankwest recruit Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) in 2008.
We focused our creative strategy on making PFAs feel like working at Bankwest would be a unique experience. It trades on the Bankwest ‘Happy Banking’ brand – a working environment where personality really counts. The key media channels included various web and press channels.
Over the course of the campaign we attracted 923 applicants, interviewing 141 and hiring 21 people. Moreover, of these 21 hires only 2 left in the following 6-month period.
