Significant shift in business conditions in 2010 led Hudson to invest in recruiting new talent to join the organisation as Recruitment Consultants. Hudson set a challenging target of recruiting 100 new Consultants within a tight timeframe, which included 4 weeks to create the “go to market” advertising campaign and 10 weeks to execute.

Via our aggressive and highly impactful employer brand marketing initiatives, it was critical that we appropriately positioned our compelling proposition to the external market, whilst ensuring we communicate our key messages. This involved an integrated multi-media campaign run in press and online on the CareerOne website. Branded coffee cups were distributed to cafes in areas with high concentrations of the target audience, supported by leaflets outlining the ‘AtoZ’ of benefits and referral cards.

The employer brand marketing campaign initiatives were highly successful, with 95% of all growth hires engaged by the business within the required timeframe.
