We conducted an intensive global sourcing campaign in 2010, resulting in several hundred direct hires.

Centred on a world-class career website which we designed and built, we developed a global advertising strategy to reach the key talent groups. It was industry-focused, and ranged from press, trade press to online and out-of-home.

Results were savings of over $1m in the first 6 months of 2010 through 8,000+ applications resulting in over 300 hires.
